1. Package Activation

Service packages are activated immediately upon successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email and access to the purchased features instantly.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our services for a valid reason, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds are generally not processed for:

• Change of mind after extensive usage of the platform.
• Lack of admission due to merit/rank constraints (as we provide guidance, not admission guarantees).

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
